The encounter between the viewer and the artwork is a sacred moment.
The spiritual power of the work resonates with the core of human nature.
The work becomes a window into the spiritual power of its creator.
Does the viewer engage with it?
Does he resonate with this exchange?
I flit through exhibition rooms and only glance superficially at the works to find those that say something important to me right now.
They all have messages—but I choose what I let into myself.
The transmission is intense.
The moment is intense—and my capacity to absorb quickly becomes exhausted.
I demand to be moved by the impulses of a work.

Phönix Deutschland, 2025, 120/59 cm, Acryl auf Leinwand, 2.525 €

The question is always:
Can I bear what I see through this window of the work?
Through their works, creators reveal their view of themselves and their world.
This is almost always an imposition — because it is different from me and different from my worldview.
Being receptive to art means allowing oneself to be moved by the vibration that a work releases.
A sacred moment.
